Orders are packed and shipped Monday - Friday and typically take 1-3 business days to be fullfilled and 2-5 business days for shipping. Any orders place on the weekends are processed on the following business day. For US holidays please expect delays for order processing due to high volume. If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, you order may be delayed.

With a purchase of less than $55 at Candles By DiAnn a shipping rate of a flat $7.00 if a discount code or reqard is applied to an order and the subtotal is under $55, shipping costs will apply.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or to international addresses.

If your package is damaged or lost during transit, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery.
